My Daffodil Hill Mini Sessions in Livermore were rained out originally and were rescheduled for this evening.  I was worried that the weather would be a factor again, but it was actually somewhat warm and perfectly overcast!
We had a great time playing amongst all of the flowers!  It was fun to have a mix of both returning clients and new ones!
I love so many of the images we got tonight; it was really hard to pick a few to Sneak Peek!

This little guy blessed his family after two girls!  Big sisters were very proud of him and certainly didn't mind being in front of the camera!  Thanks for letting me spend the gloomy, rainy morning with you "S" family!

I must say this was a VERY hard decision!  All of the themed session entries were terrific- and all so different!

This little guy is 8 weeks old!  There is so much of a difference between a newborn at 5-10 days and an older newborn at a few weeks of age.  They are much more filled out, their skin is smoother and there are real smiles!  And Baby "T" was a sleeper too; we got some great shots, some cute poses and even got him in a bucket!

I would love to shoot more "stylized/themed" sessions in 2012!  Whether it be themed mini sessions or an "out of the box family" session- I am up for it all!  I have a few ideas swirling around in my head but want you to get in on the action too!

So I am going to have a giveaway (because I LOVE them!) ;)

Begin thinking about what type of "themed" session you would like to be involved in and build a Pinterest board around that idea!  Pin prop ideas, locations, poses, colors, your family members.... anything that you would like to incorporate in to the session!  At the end of the giveaway, I will choose one board that is the most unique and creative- and the winner will receive a FREE stylized family/child session using many of the ideas AND the high resolution gallery cd (VALUED AT OVER $650)!

From the moment I saw this little guy, I could tell he was just a mellow, laid back baby!  He barely fussed through our session and was just a sweet, sweet little boy.  I love the "bed buddies" (the fruit) that Mom wanted to include in his photos; they are big brother's toys that have been passed down!  SO cute!

I met this sweet little girl days after she was born and have been photographing her every 3-4 months since!  Her parents signed up for the "Time Flies" package and we just did her 9 month old pictures today!  I love seeing her getting bigger and showing off her personality!
